As u all know there are some guys who want to join OOPS... some of them have to join alt guild first and just after some time can be recruited by OOPS... however some of them are good enough to join directly OOPS.. if anyone get a pm from someone who wants to join... u tell here his name and we make voting for accept or refuse

Amer, from Apocalyspe guilde, asked to join OOPS.

He does not really seem to be a good mate as far as he was annoying some Soiffards in HI offshore (stealing loots and targets).
